What a subscription includes
A Love Letters To Myself subscription gives you full access to every letter and chapter, past and future, for as long as your subscription is active. Subscriptions are available monthly ($9.99, billed every 30 days) or annually ($79, billed every 12 months).
Automatic renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, using the payment method on file, until you cancel. You will be charged the same amount each renewal unless we notify you of a price change in advance.
How to cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page — no need to contact us, call anyone, or complete a retention flow. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will keep full access until that period ends, and will not be charged again after that.
No partial refunds on cancellation
Because access is granted for the full billing period upfront, cancelling partway through a period does not entitle you to a refund for the unused portion. You'll retain access through the end of the period you already paid for.
Price changes
If we ever change subscription pricing, existing subscribers will be notified in advance and given the option to cancel before the new price takes effect.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we'll attempt to process it again and notify you by email. If payment continues to fail, your subscription and access will be paused until it's resolved or you cancel.
